The multi-award winning Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum is located between Gates 3 and 4, and is open both during The Championships and all year round.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MUSEUM IS ONLY OPEN TO TICKET-HOLDERS DURING THE CHAMPIONSHIPS. NON-TICKET HOLDERS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. NORMAL CHARGES APPLY.

Award Winning Tours

Tours are not open during The Championships, but during the rest of the year, you can explore the Grounds as part of one of our acclaimed behind-the-scenes tours. This is a fantasic opportunity to experience the home of The Championships and see the facilities which will be used during London 2012. You are strongly advised to pre-book individual tours through our website or by telephone to avoid disappointment.

The Wimbledon Library

The Kenneth Ritchie Wimbledon Library, which is part of The Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum, contains one of the most outstanding collections of British and foreign lawn tennis books, annuals, periodicals, programmes, newspaper cuttings, video cassettes, DVDs etc.

The vast range of subject matter at the Kenneth Ritchie Library is available to the general public upon request, for study and research. A catalogue, listing all items held by the Library, is available from the Wimbledon Museum Shop. Facilities are available for photocopying and the screening of DVDs.

Normally, the Library is open Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm but is closed to the public during The Championships.
